Juhar Foundation ,Mumbai Kicks off oxygen bank at Pragati

Bhawanipatna 11th May: While ascending trend of lethal corona is taking a heavy toll of life globally, the scarcity of oxygen cylinder across the country is furthering the woes dramatically. Amid such a dismal scenario, an oxygen Bank ,under the aegis of Juhar Foundation had its inception here in the campus of Pragati College,Bhawanipatna on 10 May 2021;Thnks to Juhar Foundation and Pragati College for coming forward hand in hand to materialise the need of the hour in Kalahandi.

Inaugurating the much needed unit of the bank on the virtual platform of Google meet, the chief guest,Mr.Dibya Shankar Mishra,hon’ble Minister of home and energy,Govt of Odisha called upon the people across Kalahandi and the the state as well to contribute at their individual capacity to combat corona.“The combination of Govt. and the people in unison can muster an invincible force to defeat corona”,said the minister.Earlier in his welcome speech,Er.Ajaya Kumar Panda,Chairman,Pragati group of Institutions and Executive member of Juhar Foundation lauded the social commitment of Juhar Foundation striving to set up oxygen Bank in all the districts of Odisha and reiterated Pragati’s commitment towards the health and educational cause of Kalahandi. The function culminated with the vote of thanks tendered  by A.C.Pati.The online presence of Juhar Foundation family members-Dipak Pujhari,Pradip Panda,Divyandu Pattnaik,Mahesh Agrawal,Pratyush Panda,Sameer Panda and A.C.Pati and their avid interactons raised the occasion to a greater height.
